    About the Event

Led by academics from the ÖzÜ Department of Psychology, this practical resilience workshop is designed for high school students. It explores ways to manage exam stress, uncertainty about the future and changing life circumstances.

Participants practice mindfulness, emotional regulation and stress-management techniques through small-group exercises and interactive discussion in a safe environment.

The workshop is free and open to high school students in every grade. It is a group psychoeducation program, not individual therapy.
