    About the Event

Gastroshow is a special workshop offered to high school students by ÖzÜ's Gastronomy program in partnership with Le Cordon Bleu. It offers a close-up look at modern cuisine through live performances by professional chefs.

Le Cordon Bleu-certified chefs demonstrate advanced cooking techniques, contemporary presentation methods and menu design. Participants then tour the kitchens in small groups and taste the dishes prepared during the session.

The workshop is free and accompanying guests are welcome. Participants with food allergies should note them on the application form.
